Correcting the record.
A clear explanation should also be straightforward to correct.
The record
Corrections should make clear what changed and why.
How corrections should be explained
A material correction should identify the affected page, the date, the issue, the revised interpretation and its supporting source. A meaningful error should not be silently replaced without explanation.
5 November 2026: peptide trial listings
Earlier versions of the BPC-157 human-evidence guide, BPC-157 routes guide, MOTS-c exercise guide and CB4211 guide described two sponsor-submitted registry entries as planned recruiting studies. We have not verified either study is operating. Two other entries naming the same sponsor and site explicitly describe themselves as fictional or mock; the two listings we cited do not. We have corrected our wording to describe them as unverified listings, without claiming the association proves either is fictional. Registry records checked 5 November 2026.1234
